The studio was asked to design and carve the title lettering for the new British Embassy building in Algiers. The lettering was designed and drawn out in the studio: an expanded letterform was created which allowed the lettering to stretch the entire length of the curved entrance wall, approximately 7m. The carving was carried out in situ while the building works were in the process of being finished.
