Purbeck boulder, cut in half with tooled border. This time capsule is for Air Traffic Control in Swanage. The rock appears as if it has been cleaved open to reveal the capsule, or indeed is about to shut on it forever. Like the contents, it is frozen in time, a moment caught and tamed into stillness.
